Simply choose your photographer, date and time, and any other relevant information for us to create the best photos. We’ll organize everything else. Once we have everything set up we will contact you to confirm the final details.

We'll confirm your reservation as soon as possible, not later than in 24 hours.

Payments are made through a payment gateway provided by ( PayPal ).

The payment is made in US dollars.

You are responsible for any admission fees or transportation fees during the photo experience (entry to the museum, Uber, public transportation, etc.)

You can choose the location where you meet your photographer; for example, your hotel lobby or directly at the place of your shoot. If you are not familiar with the area, ask your photographer to suggest the best place to meet!

I would like a photoshoot outside of the city No problem. For a surcharge to cover the photographer's travel costs

We guarantee that you will have them within 3 working days.

We will send you a link to download your high-resolution photos.

yes, you can but this is taking longer photographers make the final selection of photos that you will receive faster.

We may use them unless you tell us not to do so. Simply let us know you do not want your photos used, and they will never be used anywhere.

Our rescheduling policy is as follows: - If you reschedule more than 3 days in advance, there is no rescheduling fee. - If you reschedule with less than 3 days to your photo experience, a 25% package price fee will apply. Except for emergencies*. *Natural disaster, illness, direct family member emergency or last-minute travel restrictions.

If you need to cancel your photo session, please notify us with at least 3 days. Our cancelation policy is as follows: a) If you cancel more than 3 days in advance of your photo shoot, we will issue you with a photoshoot credit of the same value which you can use at any time in the future, with no expiration date. b) If you cancel within 3 days of your photoshoot, no credits or refunds will be issued. c) In the event of an emergency (natural disaster, illness, direct family member emergency, or last-minute travel restrictions), we will issue you with a photoshoot credit of the same value which you can use at any time in the future, with no expiration date.
